Onchain Wallet users
If you use Onchain Wallet, your wallet stays exactly as it is. Your existing interface remains available and your balances are not moved or affected. Use the banner at the top to switch into Ult and trade across markets from one account. You can switch back to Onchain Wallet anytime in Settings.
Onchain Wallet mode remains available while Ult expands support for the networks most widely used by Onchain Wallet customers. You will receive advance notice before any full transition to Ult.
How this connects back to CRO
Under the proposed strategy, 100% of revenue from Ult and Cronos Launch would buy CRO on the open market and burn it. Purchases would execute onchain, monthly, with every transaction hash published. That proposal goes to a governance voting on 18 September, alongside a proposal on the community pool burn.
Ult has no token.
What comes next
More perps and prediction markets, support for assets on Robinhood Chain and Solana, a desktop trading terminal, and tokenized equities and ETFs in future releases. Planned updates also include direct deposits from major crypto exchanges, simpler crypto purchases and fiat withdrawals.
